KUALA LUMPUR: Investment holding company, CNAsia Corp Bhd, has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Intcys Sdn Bhd, a social enterprise, in its bid to apply for a digital banking licence from Bank Negara.
CNAsia executive director Chang Chee Ching said the company would invest RM400mil to establish the digital banking platform, the MyWEW (Women Empowering Women) Digital Bank, to provide micro-credit facilities primarily for women.

Metallon Corporation and the requirements that a significant change in shareholding be in adherence with the requirements of Nigerian Petroleum Act and related guidelines and procedures.
The Company confirms that it has notified Metallon of this matter and has advised Metallon, as a matter of urgency, to liaise with the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources in order to resolve any issues arising from the acquisition of Metallon s shareholding.

Finder awarded new permit WA-547-P on trend with the Dorado oil discovery
WA-547-P is situated in the Northern Carnarvon Basin and is on trend with the
Dorado oil discovery (see map). Finder was pivotal in unlocking the resource potential of this basin and currently holds a royalty interest over the Dorado Field and surrounding acreage.
Finder has identified 3 material oil prospects in WA-547-P within the Lower Triassic. These prospects each hold a P50 resource potential in the order of 100mbbls, as well as a number of other leads within the permit.
